FINALLY she’s letting me fix her hair! I bought the bows from Lisa at Tip Tops (who is a friend of mine, let me be upfront about that), but her hair stuff is really cute. Anyway, since then, Cassie has had an interest in me fixing her hair.
This morning, she let me put it “half up” (I dunno, it’s easy and I remember my mom doing my hair the same way). And then I got to braid part of it too. This is big news around here, she doesn’t let me play with her hair often! And, of course, it was topped of with a hair bow. LOL. She makes me take side and back views because I did it that way when I reviewed the first one we got. *laugh* I’ll put the pictures below.
It inspired me to stop by the store and grab some hair gels and stuff to make it easier to work with her hair. I sure wish I had the talent of She Does Hair but I’m learning! A friend of mine is going to teach me to french braid one day too.
In other news, Jamie is still sick, but seems to be doing better. I drugged him with Motrin (which he threw up within a few minutes this morning). So, now he has Motrin, Imodium AD, and Pedialyte. He’s watching TV and his fever is down (from 102.6 this morning). From checking around, it’s probably viral. Tom is still sick too.
I feel less hopeless today too. Yesterday was just BAD. I did get a little work done last night, which helped. I’m still behind on email, but that’s okay, nothing there can’t wait a day or two…
So, I feel better too 
Still stressed, but trying not to be too overly so.
