Okay, I always try to give kudos when I get good customer service (I’m also one to complain when I don’t)… we have this single serve coffee maker and there’s only ONE cup in the entire house that fits just right under it (okay, that’s not true, it’s just that I want the biggest cup I can find to put it in). So, I go to their website looking for more cups, but they aren’t there. I emailed customer service where they told me they were discontinued… BUT that they had some in the warehouse and they would be happy to send me 2 of them… FREE. Yes. Free. I was shocked! What great customer service! Now, let me say that I do a good bit of business with these people, I use them a good bit to send client gifts, so I’m sure they looked me up and saw that, but still… I was quite impressed.
So, Kudos goes out to Fairytale Brownies – they seriously have the BEST brownies and make beautiful and memorable gifts for clients/friends/family.

Might be a good idea to send a little comment to that agents manager: speaking as a CSR myself it can do wonders for them and there are sometimes monetary rewards for going above and beyond for a customer.
